                LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS  Que son los derechos humanos? Los Derechos humanos según las naciones unidas son todo los derechos inherentes obligatoriamente dados a todos los seres humanos debido a que sin estos estarían desprotegidos a cualquier tipo de maltratos tanto física como psicológicamente debido a que estos derechos son una serie de reglas que evita cualquier tipo de prohibición o maltrato hacia un humano este también dándoles una nacionalidad , una religión , una lengua , etc Derechos Humanos: Los Derechos humanos alrededor del mundo se han vuelto obligatorios para tener una sociedad tanto aceptable como menos peligrosa , sin embargo esto no evita que en algunos países y hasta en nuestros propios países ( en algunas zonas especificas de nuestros países siempre se encontraran personas las cuales romperán estas reglas discriminando , asesinando y torturando ) se siga rompiendo los derechos humanos por ello La ONU y cada país (cuales hayan aceptado este trato) intenta

A Fitness Plan (including Diet)

 HI! , Im going to tell you something... sorry but this is my last Post , neverthelees this will be (in my opinion) the best of all my lasts post because i will talk about a Fitness plan but... being honest i searched in google about a fitnees plan but i will still talk about that ummmm this fitnees plan i soo easy for lets talk about of some exercises : first you need wake up ( obliusly ) but later of that eat a good Breakfast that are cereal and a cup milk  after that you need run around to a park for example after that exercesie you need take a good shower and later have a good lunch that is ( in my opinion ) a good steak and obliusly her orange juice after that i recommend you o well....google recomends you that you need a rest for that d o something Idk do homeworks , play videogames but after that you need do exercises that are super intensives for example do push - ups squats and thinks like that after that you need a good dinner google recomends you a Egg with a cup of a berry

The things that i need to do for my sport competition

 Hi!!!! so , i have a problem that is that i will go to a sport competition and i dont have the best conditions to go there and for thta i make a bit of activities that i will have to do for my sport competition (that is a marathon) ummm.... so i will run to a mountain at the mornin after to rest above  of 30 minutes after having eaten only fruits and milk , in the midnight i i will run around to my park and after that i will go to eath rice with meat and an orange juice , finally in the nigth i will run five minutes around the pàrk (again ) after that drink a cup of milk and its all , With these activites i will be the BEST 😋😋😋😋

My whorst healt problem

One day when i have 12 years old i want to go to eat a lot of sushi in a restaurant with my brother , nevertheles that have a problem that are that we dont know how makis we are order so we finished eating like 40 hundred makis and for that both get sick but my brother were more sick than me because he were having vomits and things like that but, me i want to eat that again , i want more makis :D🍙🍙🍙🍙🍙🍙🍘🍘🍘🍘🍘🍣🍣🍣🍣

Why The fizzy drinks are bad for our body

 Hi!!!!!.....Today i wanna talk about the jizzy drinks and why are bad for our boddy (only in excess) the reason is obliusly because it have a lot of sugar and carbohidrathes and thinks like that but its ok if you drink only a bit nevertheless if you drink that in excees you will gonna be have diabetes or sick with stomach problems and for that in my opinión the  fizzy drinks are good but only a one time for weak but in each day? your will gonna be sick ......... be careful 

A Good Eat well …

 Mmmmmm Ok so.... if you want a good eat well  I think that you need have a good basic alimentation , for example , if you eat all the days fast fod yo dont have a good basic alimentation ..... well , if you had a good alimentaacion you must be already for have a good eat well , first you need a Breakfaste that they have a lot of calcium and zinc because you recently wake up and you dont have forces , for that you need a Breakfast with milk because is the most source of calcium and zinc , after that you need ah good lunch is a good meal that are maybe is rice with Meat and a good orange juice because it have Iron , proteíns and another thinks and if you want you dont need a Dinner now i will mostrate a picture of my food ( just in case , i dont follow that type of rules ... sorry :P )

 The food that i eat yesterday :  yesterday  personally  I eat only a bit that i usually eat each day  for example :  In the morning: i only eat a bread with chees and a cup of milk In the midnight  : i eat a type o soup with a hamburguer meat  In the night : I only eat a meat sándwich  That is all the things that i eat yesterday and personally i think that are a bit o that i usually eat (yep i was used to eat a lot )  🤣🤣🤣😎😎😎👄👄👄🍔🍔🍔🍔
